These Terms of Use are made between you and Living Faith Anglican Church, Inland Empire (“Church,” “we,” or “us”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of our ministry website, www.lfacie.com, or the LFAC Church mobile application (collectively, the “Websites”).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Websites. By accessing or using the Websites, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the Websites.

We reserve the right to remove any User Contributions for any reason at our discretion. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court orders to disclose the identity or other information of users posting such materials on the Websites.
While we strive to maintain a safe online environment, we cannot assure prompt removal of objectionable content after it has been posted. Therefore, we assume no liability for materials posted by users or third parties.

The Websites and all materials contained within them (“Online Material”) are the property of Living Faith Anglican Church, its licensors, and other providers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of Online Materials may result in legal penalties.

10. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

We cannot and do not guarantee that files available for download are free of viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to protect your data.

16. Limits of Liability

17. Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any claims arising from the use of these Terms of Use or the Websites must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal actions arising out of these Terms shall be exclusively filed in the courts of Fontana, California.
19. Mobile Applications
We may develop mobile application updates at our discretion. You agree that we have no obligation to provide updates, and they may be automatically downloaded per your mobile settings.
Normal carrier rates may apply when using the mobile application.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Church concerning the Websites and supersede all prior agreements.
21. Returns and Exchanges
For products sold, we will replace or exchange upon receipt of the returned item. Unfortunately, contributions made for a product cannot be refunded due to tax laws.
22. Correctional Facilities Deliveries
Deliveries to correctional facilities are done at your own risk and expense. We are not liable for packages that do not arrive.
23. Age Requirement to Use the Websites
Users must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, a parent’s or guardian’s consent is required.
24. Geographical Restrictions
The Websites are operated from the United States. If you access our Websites from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk.
25. Waiver and Severability
No waiver by the Church of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
